• No Pets
• No previous eviction against all parties
• No criminal record on all parties
• A minimum income after taxes that is equal to 3x the asking rent. For example, if rent is $500 a month, you must make $1500 after taxes

Unfortunately we can not approve any application that doesn’t meet these four requirements.
